  1. What are the advantages of participating in the BETA Program & BETA Pricing?

    By participating in our BETA program and paying your BETA subscription, you help influence the direction of future product development and have access to all new features and upgrades for the year without paying any additional costs.

  2. What are the steps involved to register my Gmail, Google Apps for Work or Google for Education account with Contact Sergeant ?

    To successfully register with Contact Sergeant , complete the following steps:

    1: Complete the form on the Get Started page.
    2: Click on the 'Sign In with Google' button on the following page to authenticate your account with Google.
    3: Click on the 'Subscribe for Free' button for a Basic subscription or successfully pay for your Advanced or Premium subscription via Paypal or credit card.
    4: Enable offline access for Contact Sergeant to keep your Google Contacts & Contact Groups in-Formation when you are offline.
    5: Use the Contact Sergeant web application to manage your Google Contacts & Contact Groups.

  3. Does Contact Sergeant provide the ability to manage Domain Shared Contacts for Google Apps accounts?

    Contact Sergeant does not provide the ability for a Subscriber to manage Domain Shared Contacts. Only Google Apps Administrators or delegates have access to Domain Shared Contacts. Contact your organizations Google Apps Administrator if you have any further questions about your Domain Shared Contacts.

       
  4. What payment options are available?

    Contact Sergeant accepts secure payments from all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay and Paypal payments via Braintree, a PayPal company.

  5. Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

    Our BASIC subscription is a free and only our ADVANCED and PREMIUM subscriptions require an annual payment. All subscriptions can be cancelled any time.

  6. When will I be charged for paid subscriptions?

    You will be charged at the time you sign up for a paid subscription or when you upgrade to another subscription. Subscription charges occur annually and will occur on the same day of each year going forward.

  7. Is my personal information safe? Can I trust you to keep it private?

    At Contact Sergeant , we take privacy very seriously. All payment information that you submit for our subscriptions is processed though Braintree, a PayPal company and no credit or debit card information is provided to us.

    Also, now, nor will we in the future, sell, rent or lease any of our customer lists, information and/or names to any third parties. More details can be found by reading our Online Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreement.

  8. Will Contact Sergeant work with another email provider like Yahoo, Hotmail and others?

    Currently Contact Sergeant supports Gmail, Google Apps for Work, and Google for Education accounts. Support for other providers is being considered.
